Elan Carr for Congress

In a crowded field of 18 candidates – representing every major political party in California – the team at TPS helped first-time candidate and criminal gang prosecutor, Elan Carr, achieve a first-place finish in the 2014 Primary Election after being out-spent by his nearest opponent 3 to 1. Every pundit or media outlet who commented on or covered the race said that a Primary win was impossible. TPS made the impossible happen through the creation of an innovative strategy combined with its tenacious execution. Carr fell short in the General Election, but out-performed party registration by 13% and was able to boast an overall fundraising total of $1.4 million.

We are proud of our client, Elan Carr, on his new appointment by President Trump as U.S. Special Envoy for anti-Semitism. Elan has served our country in Iraq, as a gang and animal cruelty prosecutor in the LA DA's office and now in this prestigious position.
